Spring testing machine, as a special instrument for testing springs, is mainly used for the tension, pressure, displacement, stiffness and strength testing and analysis of precision springs such as tension springs, compression springs, disc springs, tower springs, leaf springs, retaining springs, composite springs, gas springs, and mold springs.
According to the control mode, the spring testing machine is divided into the following types:
1. Microcomputer-controlled spring tension and compression testing machine
The equipment is controlled by a microcomputer, and the spring test parameters are stored by software, which can display spring test curves and print spring test reports. It has powerful data processing capability with high test accuracy and wide effective range of force values. It is applicable to units with higher requirements for spring testing.
2. Manual spring testing machine
It is usually digital and has printing function. The control method is completed by manually operating the handle or shaking the handwheel. It is suitable for customers who do not have a large number of tests and only do random inspections. However, duplication of the operation method is easy to cause human error and low efficiency.
3. Fully automatic spring tester
Generally, it is digital display or LCD, and driven by a motor. The experiment process is automated, and parameters such as the remaining height of the spring, spring deformation, and spring force value can be set, and the test results are directly displayed to improve test efficiency and overcome human errors. It is an excellent choice for spring testing machine equipment at present.
