The force gauge is used to measure the force in a push or pull test. It is used in research and development, production and quality laboratory environments. Common types of force gauges include mechanical push-pull force gauge and digital push-pull force gauge.
When using the push-pull force gauge, if you encounter a situation where it does not return to zero, you can try the following methods:
1. Press the zero key to see if you can hear a sound. If there is no sound, there is a problem with the panel;
2. Fully charge first, and reset to zero when the power is sufficient;
3. Press the reset button on the side with the tip of a pen;
4. Restore factory settings;
5. Deep restart: After turning on the power, press and hold the setting button for more than 4 seconds until the push-pull force gauge automatically restarts;
6. Push or pull by hand to get the number on the display close to 0, and press the zero key at the same time;
7. Use a multimeter to check the force sensor. If the sensor is injured or damaged, it will not return to 0 or the number will jump randomly;
8. Check whether there is any problem with the circuit board, whether it is damp or other components are damaged.
The push-pull force gauge is a small, simple, multifunctional and high-precision push and pull test instrument. The digital push-pull force gauge is easy to operate, easy to carry, and the test results are very accurate.
