Maintenance method of push-pull force gauge:
1. Before using the instrument, first check whether the battery voltage is normal. If it is undervoltage, please charge it in time, otherwise the measurement may be biased.
2. Do not use the push-pull force gauge while charging it to avoid inaccurate measurement.
3. Estimate the size of the measured object and select an appropriate instrument with a close range. If the measurement exceeds the range, the sensor will be damaged.
4. When the measured value is less than 3% of the force gauge range, the accuracy will deviate.
5. Do not loosen the screws that fix the test head, which will reduce the resolution.
6. When not in use, use the zero adjustment knob to make the instrument display at "0000" and turn off the power.
7. When the weather is humid in summer, pay attention to the storage environment to avoid rusting of the instrument.
8. It is a precision measuring instrument. Do not drop, fall or collide it, otherwise it will be damaged.
