In the process of using the digital push-pull force gauge, a force measuring instrument, some faults are inevitable. If the digital push-pull force gauge suddenly fails, how should we quickly solve the maintenance problem?
Five common fault repair methods for digital push-pull force gauges:
Method 1
1. First check whether the connection line of the push-pull force gauge sensor is well connected and whether there is a signal line of the sensor;
2. Short circuit or open circuit, whether there is a phenomenon of cold joint at the welding point.
Method 2:
1. Check whether the instrument is fully charged. Insufficient charging can easily cause failure to start normally, unstable indication, and upper line jump.
2. Measure the pin, because the essence of this situation is to form a short circuit under power-on.
Method 3
When using the ohm range of the multimeter, remember not to measure with power on. When detecting the filter capacitor in the power supply of the digital push-pull force gauge, the electrolytic capacitor should be charged first.
Method 4
When measuring the parameters of each point, use an ordinary hand-sewn needle to weld it on the probe of the multimeter so that it can pierce the paint layer and directly measure each point without peeling off the paint layer on a large area, which will cause oxidation of the copper foil.
Method 5
1. When repairing faults in a humid environment, it is necessary to use a multimeter to measure whether each point of the circuit board is unobstructed;
2. Because the main fault in this case is copper foil corrosion, the corroded circuit board can be cleaned and wiped with 95% industrial alcohol to avoid causing greater corrosion.
3. Internal circuit detection of digital push-pull force gauge.
